ZW777 Terms and Conditions – Rules for Pakistan Players

1 General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and ZW777 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). They govern your access to and use of the ZW777 website, mobile application, and all gaming and betting services offered through the platform.

2 Eligibility

3 Account Registration and Rules

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one ZW777 account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, different devices, or different payment methods — is a serious breach of these Terms. If multiple accounts are found to be operated by the same individual, ZW777 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any pending bets or bonus credits, and retain balances pending a full review.

When registering, you must provide:

• Your real full name as it appears on your national identity document (CNIC or similar).
• A valid email address or mobile number that you own and have access to.
• A date of birth confirming you are 18 years of age or older.
• A secure password of your own choosing.

You are responsible for the accuracy of all information provided during registration and for updating your account details if anything changes. ZW777 is not liable for any issues arising from incorrect or outdated account information provided by the player.

Your ZW777 account is personal to you. You must not share your login credentials with any other person, allow anyone else to use your account, or access another player's account under any circumstances.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All transactions on ZW777 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). ZW777 supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals:

• JazzCash — mobile wallet deposits and withdrawals, typically instant.
• Easypaisa — mobile wallet deposits and withdrawals, typically instant.
• Raast — instant bank-to-bank transfers via State Bank of Pakistan infrastructure.
• Bank Transfer — direct bank account deposits and withdrawals.
• Debit/Credit Cards — Visa and Mastercard network cards.
• Mobile Wallets — other supported digital wallets as displayed in your account.

ZW777 does not charge players a fee for standard deposits. Some payment providers may apply their own transaction fees on your end — this is outside ZW777's control. The minimum deposit on ZW777 starts from PKR 100.

Withdrawal conditions: Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method that has been verified as belonging to the account holder. ZW777 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, accounts belonging to someone else, or payment methods not previously used for deposits. Withdrawal processing times vary by method — JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically fastest, while bank transfers may take one to three business days.

ZW777 reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large withdrawal amounts or where KYC has not yet been completed. This is a security measure for your protection.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

ZW777 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to players from time to time. These may include welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bet credits, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as PSL or T20 international series. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions:

• Each bonus offer is available to eligible players only. Unless stated otherwise, each player and each household may claim a bonus once.
• Bonuses must be used within the validity period stated in the offer. Expired bonus credits are forfeited automatically.
• All bonuses carry wagering requirements. The specific wagering multiplier is stated in the individual offer terms. Bonus funds and any winnings generated from them cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is met in full.
• Wagering contributions vary by game type. Sports bets, live casino games and slots may contribute different percentages toward completing a wagering requirement — refer to the specific promotion terms for the contribution breakdown.

• Bonuses are intended for genuine recreational players. Any indication of bonus abuse — including but not limited to matched betting using ZW777 bonus funds, coordinated account activity, or exploitation of bonus mechanics — will result in bonus forfeiture and may result in account closure.

6 Sports Betting Rules

ZW777's sports betting section covers cricket (including PSL, T20 internationals, bilateral series and ICC tournaments), football, esports and other markets. The following general rules apply to all sports bets placed on ZW777:

• All bets are final once confirmed. You cannot cancel or amend a bet after it has been accepted by the system unless an error has occurred on ZW777's side.
• Odds displayed at the time of placing the bet are the odds that apply to that bet, unless a price change occurred before confirmation was completed.
• In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to the availability of live data. ZW777 reserves the right to suspend live betting markets at any point during a match without prior notice.
• If a sporting event is abandoned, postponed or cancelled before the minimum required play has taken place, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned to player accounts.
• For cricket specifically — if a match is interrupted by rain, DLS method results will be honoured where an official result has been declared by the relevant governing body.
• Obvious pricing errors (palpable errors) may be corrected by ZW777 at any point. Bets placed at clearly erroneous odds may be settled at the correct market price or voided.
• Maximum stake limits per event and per market may apply. These are displayed in the bet slip at the time of placing your bet.
• ZW777 reserves the right to limit or refuse bets from any account without providing a reason, particularly where patterns of professional or sharp betting are identified.

7 Live Casino and Slots

ZW777's live casino features real dealer tables including Teen Patti, Baccarat, Roulette and Blackjack variants. The slots section includes classic reels, video slots and jackpot titles. The game lobby offers additional titles including crash games and table games.

• All casino and slot games are provided by third-party game developers and powered by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. ZW777 does not control game outcomes.
• Technical malfunctions void all pays and plays. If a game session is interrupted due to a technical fault — whether on your device or on ZW777's side — the session will be reviewed and a fair resolution applied. ZW777's records are considered the definitive record in such disputes.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits per game are displayed within each game window before you start playing.
• It is your responsibility to ensure you have a stable internet connection before starting any live casino session or slot game. ZW777 is not liable for losses resulting from connection issues on the player's side.
• Progressive jackpot wins are paid in PKR at the prevailing exchange rate if the jackpot pool is denominated in a foreign currency. The applicable conversion rate will be displayed before the jackpot is paid out.

8 Account Security

ZW777 uses encrypted payment gateways and secure account authentication to protect player accounts and transactions. However, account security is a shared responsibility between the platform and the player.

As a player, you are responsible for:

• Using automated scripts, bots, or any software tool to place bets or interact with the platform in a non-human way.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or pricing errors for financial gain.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including but not limited to using stolen payment credentials, creating fake identities, or abusing chargeback processes.
• Colluding with other players in live casino games or any other multiplayer context.
• Attempting to manipulate sporting events on which you have placed bets on ZW777 — this includes any involvement in match-fixing or spot-fixing.
• Using offensive, threatening or abusive language when communicating with ZW777 support staff or in any platform chat feature.
• Any attempt to launder money or use ZW777 for any other unlawful financial purpose.

ZW777 cooperates fully with relevant authorities in cases involving fraud, money laundering or match-fixing. Any funds linked to prohibited conduct may be confiscated.

10 Privacy and Data

ZW777 collects and processes player data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By registering and using ZW777, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in that policy.

In summary, ZW777 collects personal data — including name, contact details, payment information and gaming activity — for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, customer support and platform improvement. ZW777 does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

Your payment data is processed through encrypted, third-party payment gateways. ZW777 does not store full card numbers or wallet PINs on its own servers.

11 Responsible Gaming

• Losses arising from your own decisions to place bets or play casino games — gaming outcomes are inherently uncertain and ZW777 does not guarantee any level of winnings.
• Losses resulting from your failure to secure your account credentials or from account access by an unauthorised person where that access was enabled by your own actions or negligence.

ZW777's total liability to any individual player in connection with their use of the platform will not exceed the total deposits made by that player in the thirty days preceding the claim, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
